These terms govern your use of uuuu ("the app," also referred to as "4u"), operated by pointless, inc. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.
The service
uuuu lets you save private moments — photos, videos, voice notes, letters, and stories — and schedule them for delivery to a person you choose. Content you send is sealed to its recipient: once given, you cannot re-read, edit, or unsend it, and only the recipient can view it after it unlocks. You are responsible for the content you contribute, and every contribution permanently carries its author's identity.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to store or send unlawful, abusive, or infringing content. We use automated scanning to detect prohibited material and may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We cannot and do not read sealed recipient content in the ordinary course of operating the service.
SMS / text messaging program
The uuuu messaging program sends one-time passcodes to verify your phone number, and occasional account notifications (for example, that a message left for you is ready to view). Messages are sent only after you request them in the app or enable the relevant notification.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Message frequency varies — typically one message per verification request, plus occasional account notifications.
- Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time. After you opt out you will no longer receive SMS from us; note that opting out may prevent phone verification and SMS notifications from working.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Subscriptions
Optional paid features are billed through the App Store and managed by Apple. Cancel any time in your App Store subscription settings.
Termination and changes
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, pointless, inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
